A real little gem. The staff are so attentive. The food was delicious and Betty took care of our every need. The rooms are clean and welcoming – with both fan and aircon.
Set in Gurnsey Private Nature reserve – so many birds to see and no cars coming and going. Very quiet.

Perfect romantic getaway.
Lovely secluded camp in the Gurnsey reserve. Only three rooms and a cottage so we all felt very special.
The staff are delightful and the food delicious. You don’t need lunch as the breakfast and dinner are very generous.

Great location. In a private nature reserve so we saw lots of animals just driving to the lodge! Such as buffalo, wild pigs etc
Fantastic host and staff- thanks Annie!
The lodge itself is fantastic, lots of amenities, a nice bar, common area. Amazing pool with a umbrella and comfortable loungers. The room itself was modern, had AC (very important in this heat!) The outdoor shower is truly magical.
And of course the food was really delicious
You cannot go wrong picking this place for a luxurious bush safari experience.

We liked everything about our stay.
The room was phenomenal, clean and with a beautiful view over the bush. The food cooked by Walther was delicious, it felt like dining in a good restaurant.
Phindy was very welcoming and served & helped us with a smile. And Annie is the best host we ever had. She went above and beyond to give us the best possible experience, with many tips and recommendations, even for the rest of our trip. She also arranged a wonderful game drive through Manyeleti and an exciting bush walk in Guernsey.
I don’t often write reviews but this was such a 5 star experience that I want to recommend it to anyone traveling to the area.

We had a wonderful family getaway in the cottage at Kingfisher Creek Lodge.
We had all the amenities to make our family of 4 comfortable. The hosts were very warm and hospitable. We enjoyed driving to the various sites in the area and spotted numerous aminals on our drives. The cottage was spotless and we had the best nights’ sleep!
