We stayed on Ratau in Dec for 8 nights and loved it, our house Pig was the furthest away but we thought the most beautiful.

You wake up to a stunning secluded beach of your own, the house was well decorated, spacious, with lots of various seats to rest on and only 10 min walk to the Yacht Club. Staff are so attentive and make your feel very welcome, reception are great at arranging all your onsite and offsite trips. Enjoyed the entertainment put on ensuring guests learn about the culture of the local people. We went with the Meal Plan, delicious, so much food, you will not go hungry with its option.

We spent our days busily doing lots of the on and off site activities, highly recommend diving the Coolidge even if beginner, Nanda blue hole is stunning and as is champayne beach and for the adventurous Millenium Caves. Onsite swimming with horses is great, as is the Blue Hole canoeing trip. if doing trips off the island maybe check when others are also so can share boat fees to Santo. The snorkelling is great as well around the Yacht club and Spa, saw many turtles in the morning, you could easily do as little or as much as possible on Ratau as it really caters for everyone.

There’s not many places I say I would definitely return too, as so many places to explore, but Ratau is one place I would love to return to one day. You guys are doing a great job, keep it up and thanks for making our trip a special one

I had high expectations due to all the fantastic reviews. They were all spot on.

Imagine waking up everyday and swimming in crystal clear water. I didn’t even need to bring snorkelling gear as I could see to the bottom as I swam. We celebrated our 30th anniversary with amazing massages and horse riding around the island and in the sea.

We spent our days kayaking around the island and beyond. The food was amazing and the staff awesome. A special shout out to Mikko. He just made us feel so special. A great feel good factor helping the school. We enjoy going to different places to experience new things, but we may just have to come back as this will be hard to top.

    Thanks everyone!

The property is so relaxing and unique.

My family were literally the only guests there in July, due to Air Vanuatu flight cancellations, but the staff still treated us like kings. The food was delicious, and my children especially enjoyed the horse riding and swimming with horses. We all had a great time snorkeling right off the beach with lots of coral and fish to see. When our departure flight was postponed a day, the resort was also very proactive about checking in with the airline to get updates and happily extended our stay the extra night.
